Your content team in one control room

Streamers broadcast, editors polish and clips go out. Clipfunk gives your team roles, approvals and one shared library instead of file chaos.

How it works

  1. 1

    Invite your team

The channel owner invites editors with a link. Everyone sees that channel’s clips in their own view.

  2. 2

    Use roles

Owners and editors approve, discard and edit. Clippers collect clips and publish them to their own channels.

  3. 3

    Publish

Approved clips go directly to the YouTube channel or receive another pass in the studio. Every step stays traceable.

The difference

Clear responsibility

Who can approve and who can only view? Roles decide, rather than agreements scattered across Discord.

No file ping-pong

No 2 GB uploads in chat. Every clip is stored centrally with a preview, score and status.

The streamer keeps approval

The channel owner decides in Telegram or the dashboard what goes live, even while away from the desk.

A studio in the browser

Editors work directly in the web studio: trim, captions, layout and re-rendering, with no Premiere licence required.

Frequently asked questions

How many team members can I invite?

Editor invitations are available per channel; the number follows your plan. Contact us for larger setups.

Can editors see all of my channels?

No. Invitations apply to one channel. An editor sees only the channels they were invited to.

Can clips accidentally be published twice?

Each clip displays its upload status: waiting, uploading or online. A video that has already been posted is not scheduled again.
